In order to retrieve your student or teacher account password you must first login through the school or library that you receive access through. If you are not sure how to login from home please contact your school or library directly.

1.  Once you have logged in click on the My eLibrary tab at the top of the page. 


2.  Click on I forgot my password link.



3.  Type your user name and click the Next button. If you have forgotten your user name, you will need to register for a new account.



4.  Answer the security question and click the Next button. If you have forgotten your security answer, you will need to register for a new account.
