While searching in ProQuest, I see error messages. Why?

Why, when searching in ProQuest®, do I see error messages.
This is typically caused by problems with the cookie that is written to your workstation. To fix this:

1. Restart your web browser.

2. Go to http://0-www.proquest.com.library.cairn.edu/cookiecutter and click on Click here to reset your browser 

3. Clear the cache of your web browser.

4. Restart your browser, log back into ProQuest and try your search again.
