If your library has provided remote instructions, and you are unable to access ProQuest products, please review the following information:
Check your system. To ensure you will be able to successfully access any of our products, please click on our Browser Health Check.
Some Internet security software applications block the Referring URL and make it impossible to use it for authentication. Please reference configuring your security program (step 4) to find and configure your software to work with ProQuest.
If you still can't log in, contact your library for additional information or assistance. If a proxy server is being used, your library may have provided instructions to reconfigure your browser in order to access ProQuest products. The library System Administrator should be able to assist you with any instructions necessary to log in.
If your library has not provided instructions, ask your library reference desk or online services for instructions or log in information for connecting remotely to ProQuest products.
ProQuest Technical Support is not able to provide username and password information to users.
