I have tried to login to my bookshelf account a few times and now I am getting the message:
Sorry, you have exceeded the number of sign in attempts allowed by "accountname". Please try again later.
When Patrons exceed their number of login attempts, they will be locked out for a time before they can re-attempt to sign in again into their Patron accounts on EBC.
There is no manual or Technical Support Team reset for this. The user will need to wait until five hours has expired from their last attempt before trying to login again.
If the user is still not able to remember their password on the next attempt, they should perform a password reset by clicking the "Forgot username or password?" link.
