I am looking at my school’s dashboard, and there is no data displayed on the charts. Why is that? There are several reasons there may be no data displayed in a visualization.

- You just started publishing to PQDT Global. If your institution just recently started publishing Dissertations and Theses to PQDT global, it may take 1 to 2 months for the retrievals for those titles to occur and for the retrieval data to be uploaded to the ETD Dashboard.
- Your filter settings. It is possible to have selected filter setting that do not match metadata criteria associated with published titles. For example, you may have specified Retrieval Years that are before Published years, which would result in no data being displayed.
- A Data Error. Although unlikely, it is possible that there could be a data issue. If you have ruled out other causes, please submit a support case to have your issue investigated.
