There are two ways you can see the users in a Factiva account.  You must be logged in as an administrator for both:

Method #1:

• ​Click the Gear Icon at the top right and then click Group Manager

• Click one of the sub-groups (under Main) and then select Add or Remove Users

• Using the Add tab, run a blank search and it will list all the available users on an account

Method #2:

• ​Click the Gear Icon at the top right and then click Customer Service

• Once logged into the site, select Administration -> End User Administration

• Click Search without any criteria and all of the possible users will show up
